We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Note on AI Processing (OpenAI)

Content you submit (problem text, student work, and images) is sent to OpenAI's API for processing. We use the OpenAI API, not consumer ChatGPT. Under OpenAI's API data usage policy, data submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI's models by default. We do not opt in to training data sharing. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse and safety monitoring purposes, after which it is deleted. For full details, see OpenAI's API Data Usage Policies.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via magic links (no passwords stored), and access controls on our database and infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how the service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some functionality.

LearnMora is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@learnmora.com, and we will promptly delete such data.

LearnMora is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
